Hello!! My name is Ms. Dixon and I am going into my third year of teaching but first year at North Bullitt HS. I am so excited to get to know all of you, and even more excited that we'll be starting face to face!

I moved to Louisville just over two years ago. I've lived in the greater Cincinnati area my whole life, so I jumped at the opportunity to live somewhere else! I live here with my boyfriend, Connor, of three years and we have the sweetest puppy, Macie, who is a year and a half old (you will hear me talk about her a lot, but how could I not?!)

I went to Miami University of Ohio (not as cool as Miami, FL) to get my degree in teaching high school math, and after two years of teaching middle schoolers I'm ready to be in a high school again!

I have such a love for math and this age group because most of you, at some point, have probably believed that you're not a "math person" and that you'll "never get it," and I'm here to show you that's not the case! I know that everyone can do math with the right tools (I'm living proof of it!). First step, come into this year with an open mind :)
